Rapid, professional mental health support is at the heart of the foundation's mission. From PTSD and anxiety to depression and grief, they offer confidential help to those in need, including veterans, young people, and the wider community.
Their Rural Weeks Programme is a week-long residential course that gives participants hands-on exposure, expert guidance, and real career pathways into meaningful outdoor work. 93% of course attendees feel more prepared for employment after their courses.
At Carma, we recognise the invaluable service and sacrifices made by our veterans. To support their transition to fulfilling civilian careers, we are committed to contributing £400 towards the Rural Weeks courses for every 1,000 UK trees funded.
